Staff

All staff are carefully selected, qualified Nursery Nurses, with a B.Tec National or a N.V.Q3 qualification, who have been trained to work with young children. All have been trained in First Aid and BasicFood hygiene techniques. All staff ratios comply with ofsted requirements.

There are three staff in the baby unit and two in the tweenie room. Four in the toddler room and three in the school room. The officer in charge and the manager are supernumerary and therefore are free to float between rooms.
