Behaviour management

Positive behaviour strategies are employed by all of our nursery staff. Children will not be subjected to any humiliating experiences. Under no circumstances will staff slap, smack, shake or use any other physical force on any child under their care. Staff will discuss any concerns over a child's behaviour or bullying with the child's parents.

A more in-depth report promoting our behaviour and discipline policy can be found within the reception area of the building. A copy will be provided upon request.
